Super Chrome
- Create a new image with dimensions 500x500.
- Press 'D' to set the foreground and background colors to the default.
- 'Filter'>'Render'>'Clouds' on the 'Background' layer.
- 'Filter'>'Sketch'>'Bas Relief' with Detail set to 1 and Smoothness set to 15.

- Duplicate the 'Background' layer.
- 'Image'>'Adjustments'>'Invert' or press 'Ctrl'+'I' to invert the 'Background copy' layer.
- 'Filter'>'Sketch'>'Chrome' to the 'Background copy' layer with Detail set to 0 and Smoothness set to 10.

- Set the blending mode of 'Background copy' to 'Color Dodge'.
- 'Image'>'Adjustments'>'Hue/Saturation' and check the 'Colorize' box.
- Slide the 'Hue' bar to 40, 'Saturation' bar to 25, and 'Lightness' to 0 and press 'OK'.

- Merge down the layer by pressing 'Ctrl'+'E' and you are finished!
You can enhance your final product by adding styled text and/or scanlines. Look how mine turned out.

man this is good but u could duplicate the BACKGROUND COPY again and set the blending mode to Screen. betta effect :p
